A second option is our fee-for-service program, ideal for those with existing long-term care insurance. Epworth Villa offers an unparalleled on-site continuum of services — from independent living to traditional and memory care assisted living and long-term care nursing. Our fee-for-service program provides residents and their families the assurance of the same quality service as the Life Care program with a flexible pay-as-used financial plan. Pay only for those health services you may use at the applicable rate. Pay for them with an existing long-term care policy or other investment funds. It is up to you.
