| Mr. Carl Burkhart came to Epworth Villa from Integris Baptist Hospital where he had over ten years experience with the engineering/maintenance department. He has honorable discharges from the Navy, Army and the Air Force. Upon retirement from the Oklahoma Air National Guard with 23 years of combined service, he was head of the Civil Engineering department within the Civil Engineering Squadron. He also has his own construction company, building homes since 1972.
Carl has an Environmental Engineering degree from Oklahoma State University and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. He currently is the president of the Oklahoma City Chapter of the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA). He also holds the designation of Certified Facility Manager (CFM), one of only seven in the state of Oklahoma. |
